The Caving was a real adventure. The children tackled five caves in total. They found an underground waterslide, scaled underground boulders and wiggled through some underground tunnels.
The group were so skilled that instructor Rosie allowed them to tackle the 'challenge cave' where they followed their own path to navigate a cave (supervised).
The path out of the cave was quite a challenge. This is where they really shone. As a team they helped each other navigate the passage, kept each other possitive and confident and triumphed as they reached the surface, soggy to their underwear but proud of their achievements.
They will share their 'My Caving experience' journals with you on 'High Adventure Night' (date to follow).
