Don't look down! The scariest part is leaning backwards off the platform - all of the group managed to abseil down this morning which is a great achievement.
Meanwhile, archery was taking place with Group B.
This picture was taken with great personal risk by Mr Sturgess (!) but it was worth it as nobody released their arrows and the picture is cool!
Different combinations of target hitting resulted in forfeits for some of the group - having to sing and perform completely unrelated dance moves - this was 'Barbie Girl' paired with the Gangnam Style dance!
Oh dear....there's a bomb! Thankfully our bomb disposal team are on hand to help.
